A Little Bit About Me
CT2 Surgical Doctor at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.

Good-looking (I think), witty, ambitious and understanding; with a good sense of humour.

Interested in adventure (specially long endurance treks and cycling), photography and music. Zero tolerance for boredom.

I am not perfect, just as everyone on this planet. I am well aware of my virtues and vices. I consider marriage to be a union of two imperfect souls, where each person should strive to bring out the best version of the other. Love, therefore, is a skill that should be honed everyday; and marriage should be a catalyst for positive growth and development.

I was born in Saudi Arabia where I spent my childhood and early teens. I later settled in Multan, Pakistan with my family, where I spent my late teens and early twenties. All of my family is settled in Pakistan. I have been living in the UK for almost four years now, having worked in the West Midlands, Scotland and now south of England.

I am a decent mix of Eastern and Western values - having taken the best from both cultures. I have known a few British Pakistani women during my tenure in the UK; this has given me quite an insight into the social conscience of the British Pakistani diaspora. Don't be afraid to contact me therefore , nor sound like one. However, it's important to me that you should be open to the idea of moving abroad.

What I Am Looking For
Someone intelligent, beautiful and understanding.

I believe a woman's first and foremost priority should be looking after her husband and kids. It's good to be ambitious but if your ambition impedes your ability to look after your husband and kids, then that's a problem for me. Let me inform you that I can in fact cook very well, as I am quite creative myself. I would happily help with cooking and helping around the house. I strongly believe a man should be the prime bread winner and a woman the home-maker; let things be as traditional as they can be. That does not mean I am patriarchal; rather, I believe it's important for women to have a personality and mind of their own, to go out into the world and make their own sense of it and come back home with their own understanding. I would prefer a non-doctor for myself; not that I won't consider a doctor. But I think it's easier to get round life if only one person (that is, myself) works hard enough.
